Cats in the RV – Part Deux

Posted on November 9, 2015 by Rob Spera

Today is the beginning of the second trip in the RV with the cats. They squawked incessantly during the entire drive to Ft De Soto. Robles jumped in my lap while I was driving down here. Now I am one of those crazy people you fear and see, a driver of a large RV with an animal in their lap looking back out the window at you. They are very inquisitive now checking out all the nooks and crannies of the coach, climbing all around and jumping into storage compartments. Their movements remind me how agile and graceful cats are. They have incredible jumping and balancing abilities. The rain is pouring down outside now, hopefully the rain will end tomorrow. I put the first scratch on the RV backing into the site today, I suppose this was bound to happen eventually. I was backing in without a spotter. The rear backup camera was out again, the connection is flaky. The rear bumper of the coach touched the electrical power pole for the site and chipped off some paint. Oh well.
